The Minnesota Vikings were part of a sketch on Fox Sports where The Walking Dead’s Ross Marquand did celebrity impressions talking about the NFL playoffs.

The NFL and AMC’s hit zombie survival drama The Walking Dead are two of the biggest draws in television. Sometimes, they go head-to-head on Sunday nights, but today they decided to join forces. Well, kind of.

Ross Marquand is known for his role as Aaron on The Walking Dead, but he is also an accomplished comedian. He does some of the best celebrity impressions today by nailing not only the voice but the mannerisms of the people he imitates.

Before the football game between the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks, Ross Marquand took a couple of jabs at NFL teams in the voice of some of the biggest celebrities today. Check it out her from the Fox Sports YouTube account:

In the video Marquand channels his inner Matthew McConaughey to discuss the missed field goal attempt at the end of the Minnesota Vikings vs Seattle Seahawks wild card game of the NFL playoffs.

"“There’s a tendency in most men to go left. But I think in Blair Walsh’s case, he needs to go right, go right, go right.”"

Of course, he’s referring to the wide left field goal attempt that, if made, could have sent the Vikings to the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. Although Walsh has been getting a lot of flak about the miss, he’s also gotten a huge amount of support and sympathy from fans and even a first grade class in Minnesota.

Good thing the Minnesota Vikings kicker is thick-skinned, because he’s been getting roasted over the last couple weeks by sports media. However, there is little doubt that he’ll be back to playing at a high level when the team moves indoors at U.S. Bank Stadium for the 2016 NFL season.
