Week 3 of the NFL preseason is typically considered to be the dress rehearsal for teams heading into the regular season. For the Minnesota Vikings, that means that they’ll be preparing most of their starters against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, August 28, 2016.

So far, the Vikings are undefeated for the preseason, defeating both the Cincinnati Bengals and Seattle Seahawks on their way to a 2-0 record. But this week’s game should have a much different feel to it, as it will be the first time fans can see the team in action inside U.S. Bank Stadium.

Much of the conversation about this game will revolve around the Chargers inability to sign their first round draft pick of this season. However, there are plenty of topics not involving Joey Bosa for Minnesota fans to pay attention to.

Here are the five things fans should be watching for during the week 3 preseason game against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, August 28, 2016.
