Although it hasn’t been announced officially, Fox Sports senior writer and NFL Insider Jay Glazer may know something that we don’t about who will start at quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings when they take on the winless New York Giants on Monday night for their week 7 game.
Glazer posted on twitter earlier tonight about the Vikings situation at quarterback:
If the Vikings do decide to start Josh Freeman at quaterback, this will mark the third different quarterback to start for the team over the course of their six games played. Minnesota is looking for a spark in the offense and seem to be willing to hurry Freeman into the starting role this week.Feb 1, 2012; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Television personality Jay Glazer is interviewed on radio row prior to Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium. Jay Glazer is a pretty reputable source for NFL information, and many fans felt as though this was the direction the Vikings would go following last week’s debacle against the Panthers. Although we won’t find out for sure until later, it sounds like barring any setbacks that Josh Freeman will start on Monday night.
