Everson Griffen – DE

2020 Stats:

  • 33 tackles (7 TFLs)
  • 23 pressures, 14 QB hits
  • 6 sacks

While we might not know if the Vikings currently have any interest in bringing back Everson Griffen for next season, we do know that the veteran defensive end is definitely open to a return to Minnesota this year.

To find this out, all one needs to do is head over to Griffen’s Twitter account to see all of the posts he’s shared from Vikings fans asking him to come back to play for his former team.

Despite suiting up for two teams, the former Minnesota defensive end was still fairly productive in 2020. Griffen was more of a rotational pass rusher this past season and that is a role that he would likely have if he were to re-sign with the Vikings this year.
