With the annual peak event of NFL scouting upon us, there are many prospects the Minnesota Vikings may have their eyes on.

The next six days are considered the biggest job interview for every participant in the upcoming 2017 NFL Scouting Combine. Each prospect has the option to participate in various drills, while teams also get the opportunity to meet with the prospects of their choice.

In these meetings, they will put their knowledge to the test, while also asking prospects specific questions.

For the Vikings sake, there are specific prospects that they are expected to target.

Here are each offensive prospect that I think they will target this upcoming week.
