The Interesting

  1. Run, run, pass.  No matter who the offensive coordinator is for the Minnesota Vikings and how creative they want to be, they always end up going back to some variation of run, run, pass in their play calling. It’s kind of sad that an offensive mind can’t find a way to use the run game to help the pass game more.
  2. Adrian’s 100th career touchdown.  Seems like a regular thing these days that Adrian Peterson is passing people on the career leading rusher list and reaching milestones. This time, it’s 100 career NFL touchdowns. As soon as there’s a montage of them, I know I want to see them all in a row.
  3. I’m not watching “The Ridiculous 6”.  They can advertise it all the want during the game, but Adam Sandler’s best days are behind him and I never cared for movies set during that time period anyway. Of course, it could be our generation’s “Blazing Saddles”, but I severely doubt it.
  4. The Hyundai commercial with the sleeping baby.  Okay, so he can’t talk in his own house, but he can leave the house and honk the horn like a crazy man? Unless that house is soundproofed like crazy, that baby is going to hear that and wake up. And his wife is NOT going to be pleased.
  5. Losing tiebreaker games. If you’re going to lose, don’t lose tiebreaker games. It could come down to a tie with Seattle or Green Bay and Minnesota has already lost to both of those teams this season and will need to finish ahead of them. There are some games that might mean a little more, and Seattle, Green Bay and Arizona were three of them.
