The good stuff vs Washington

  1. A healthy Stefon Diggs. It’s amazing how much difference it makes when both Diggs and Thielen are available. Case Keenum looked like a kid in a candy shop with so many great options to throw the ball to.
  2. Speed on defense. Whether it is shedding blocks to blow up a screen or scrambling to get to a runner, the Vikings were all over the field. Most impressive was probably Eric Kendricks, who has a great nose for the football.
  3. Latavius Murray getting going. The Vikings are at their best when they have multiple players in a position playing well. As Murray continues to find his stride, he broke a nice run and punched in a touchdown from 1 yard out in the first quarter to help set the tone.
  4. Andrew Sendejo. Based on his effort alone, TWO touchdowns were erased. Sendejo got his hand on the football twice so knock the ball out of a receiver’s hands. It’s that kind of individual effort that can make the difference between a win and a loss in the NFL.
  5. Case Keenum on fire in the first half! Sam Bradford is on IR and Teddy Bridgewater returned from injury this week. Yet, Keenum commanded this offense and created scoring drives, especially in the red zone.
