Where he fits with the Minnesota Vikings:

No doubt, the Vikings will be on the lookout for receiving depth this offseason. It’s fair to say that Laquon Treadwell is officially a first-round bust. Treadwell isn’t only in jeopardy of losing his spot as Minnesota’s third receiver for 2019, but his roster spot in general.

Behind the dynamic duo of Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen the cupboard gets bare pretty quick for the Vikings. Yes Minnesota has younger unproven guys like Chad Beebe and Brandon Zylstra, but they offer more question marks than answers at this point.

Brown has the experience and ability to come in as a rookie and contribute on day one for the Vikings. It would be safe to say that he would become Minnesota’s No. 3 receiver the second after he was drafted.

Brown would flourish in the slot with the Vikings and he is the type of guy that can come in and move the chains. Something that has been missing in Minnesota since the departure of Jarius Wright last year. While Brown might not be the tallest guy, or the fastest, but he has a big frame that enables him to get tough yards after the catch.

Drafting the former Ole Miss pass catcher would give the Vikings possibly the best receiving trio in the entire NFL. It would also allow Minnesota to take their time in grooming guys like Beebe and Zylstra.

The only downside of taking Brown, would be using an early-round pick to get him. The Vikings would most likely need to use a second-round pick or even trade up in the second round to select him.
