9. Corey Fuller, cornerback

A second-round pick in the 1995 NFL Draft out of Florida State, Corey Fuller was inserted right into the Vikings lineup and even started ten games as a rookie. The five-foot-ten and 220-pound defensive back made an impact right away, getting two forced fumbles, an interception, and a fumble recovery touchdown as a rookie.

In four seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, Fuller played in all 64 games and started 56 of those. He had 300 total tackles (262 solo) ten interceptions, five forced fumbles, 1.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery score. His contributions from ’95 through ’98 helped the team during some of its best years as a franchise.

Fuller went on to spend four seasons with the Cleveland Browns and two with the Baltimore Ravens before retiring after the 2004 NFL season, capping off a solid ten-year career.

His contributions for the Vikings from ’95 through ’98 helped the team during some of its best years as a franchise. The team didn’t have a losing record any of those years…and that is something Fuller should be proud of.
