Rashod Hill – OT

Of course, the Vikings wouldn’t want to ship Rashod Hill out of the locker room, but there are some teams out there who are so desperate for a blindside blocker that they may be able to fetch a decent price for the veteran blocker.

The debut of Christian Darrisaw in Week 6 was encouraging enough for the Vikings to keep him as the team’s starting left tackle for the remainder of the season. Now, Hill shifts from the team’s starter to a backup.

Hill has a very cap-friendly contract that sees him getting paid approximately $2.4 million. His low price tag would allow the Vikings to maximize the draft pick they receive in return but would limit the compensation if looking to add a player to the deal.

Several teams have already lost offensive linemen and may want an experienced player to step in and take over for the rest of their season, especially if they are playoff contenders. Still, it would take a pretty good offer to pull Hill out of Minnesota.
