The two biggest needs on the Minnesota Vikings roster are arguably cornerback and interior offensive line. The Vikings did sign Austin Schlottmann from the Broncos, but the team could still use as much competition as possible since Schlottmann isn’t likely to be a starter.

A.J. Cann spent seven seasons in Jacksonville where he started all but one of his 94 games played. Although he isn’t considered to be a top-tier starter in the NFL, he still has experience at guard and would push any young player on Minnesota’s roster.

After hearing some of the glowing things head coach Kevin O’Connell said about center Garrett Bradbury, it sounds as though right guard is the most likely spot that will be upgraded this offseason through the draft or free agency.

At only $4.25M per year, investing in an NFL starter who is coming off an MCL injury with a cheap contract seems like a wise move. Instead, the Vikings continue to march toward the 2022 NFL season with a huge question mark on their offensive line.
