Kyle Rudolph – TE

2021 Team: New York Giants

After 10 years in a Vikings uniform, Kyle Rudolph spent the 2021 season in a different jersey for the first time in his NFL career.

Rudolph had high hopes for his first year with the Giants. But, unfortunately for the veteran tight end, he was never really able to find a fit in New York’s offense last season.

With the Giants in 2021, Rudolph appeared in all 16 games, but he only managed to accumulate 26 catches for 257 yards and just one touchdown. His best game of the season was in Week 14 against the Los Angeles Chargers when he caught two passes for 66 yards.

Given his lack of production in 2021, it wasn’t a surprise when New York decided to release the former Minnesota tight end earlier this month.

At 32-years-old, Rudolph could probably still provide some sort of value to a team next season. But will anyone give him another chance to continue his career in the NFL or have we already seen the last of the former Vikings tight end in the league?
