Riser No. 3

Spencer Rattler - QB (South Carolina)

Whether you like Spencer Rattler or not, the dude got better every single day at the Senior Bowl and was even named the game's MVP.

Rattler became a polarizing figure after he was on a Netflix show as a 17-year-old that portrayed him as a very arrogant young quarterback, and that rubbed many people the wrong way.

He's come a long way since then and made a strong case for himself in Mobile by stringing together some very good days of practice.

Rattler made some very impressive throws and was decisive with where he placed the football. His arm looked strong, and he capped his week by tossing a 29-yard touchdown pass to former Georgia wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint.

It's still unclear how far up the Vikings' board this performance will send Rattler, but it has to put them on notice.

Minnesota now appears to have another option at the position besides the top three, Michael Penix Jr., and Bo Nix.

If Rattler can follow this up with solid performances at the NFL Scouting Combine and at his Pro Day, then his ascension will skyrocket. Right now, he's probably a day-three pick, but one with plenty of upside and intrigue.
