This Sunday could be really exciting. One team has a decent passing offense. The other team has shown no ability to throw the ball down the field. One team has a QB that loves to go up top. The other team has a QB that threw for 39 yards this year. One team averages 243 yards per game through the air and the other team averages 154.
However….(and this is the good news Purple Nation)
The Cardinals have an awful defense. The Red Birds are giving up…hold your breath…282 yards of passing the pig per game. They are giving up an 8 yard average through the air. They are allowing National Football League QBs to throw at a 62% clip.
Good people of Purple Nation. This. Is. The. Game. Now is our time! This is our chance! Can you imagine having the opportunity to have the professional passer of the pigskin light up a secondary to go with our legit and ever amazing running back? You need not imagine anymore because this is the week! This is the week we get off the schnide. Hello 1-4 and 1 game winning streak.

Well I think the everlasting wise words of Elliot Vaugh apply the best: “Did you really think she was gonna lift up her skirt and pull her panties down? Come on man, don’t crap out on me now.”
The first win won’t be easy but don’t crap out on the team now. This little afternoon tussle is going to be a track meet between the soon to be 1-4 Cards and the soon to be 1-4 Vikes.
Vikes have the better talent, Vikes have the ability to pound it with Angry Peterson and at least for one week we will have the ability to throw it.
