Where: FedEx Field

When: Sunday October 14th, 3:25 PM CT

Preview

The first place Minnesota Vikings take a three game winning-streak into Washington. Head coach Leslie Frazier is 2-0 in his career against the Redskins. The Vikings’ offense is led by MVP candidate WR Percy Harvin, RB Adrian Peterson and QB Christian Ponder. The Vikings’ defense is currently ranked 7th in the league. Their defensive line is led by sack specialist Jared Allen. The secondary is anchored by veteran CB Antoine Winfield and rookie S Harrison Smith.

The Redskins are coming off a 24-17 loss at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons. Rookie phenom QB Robert Griffin III was knocked from that game with a concussion but is expected to play this week. The Redskins feature a stout run defense but have been soft against the pass. With Griffin at QB, the Redskins like to run a read-option offense that has had defenses off-balance.
