You know what’s hilarious? The way Packer fans gripe about their team not getting enough attention. But obviously they get too much attention. That explains why Jeff Saturday somehow managed to make the Pro Bowl despite being totally washed up.

How the heck does Saturday make the team while John Sullivan is only an alternate? Sullivan grades out as the best center in the NFC according to all the experts. Saturday ranks on the opposite end of the spectrum. In fact, Saturday has been so bad this year, the Packers have benched him for the final game of the season.

Obviously Saturday’s leftover reputation from all those years snapping to Peyton Manning plays a role in this. But let’s not kid ourselves. This is about the Packers too. This is about their big-time nationwide profile. But of course the Packers are always ignored and neglected by the national media. Whatever you say Packer fans.

Easy way to get revenge here. Just beat the Packers on Sunday. John Sullivan has a little extra incentive to get that done. Not that he needed it.
