The Minnesota Vikings season hasn't got off to as good of a start as they had hoped, sitting at 0-2 ahead of Week 3.
On Sunday, they'll welcome a fellow 0-2 team to U.S. Bank Stadium, the Los Angeles Chargers. One of these two teams will get their first win of the season. Who will it be? Let's dive into the odds and my best bet to find out.

Chargers vs. Vikings key players to watch
Los Angeles Chargers
Derwin James: The Chargers defense has been flat out bad so far this season, so if they turn things around they need Derwin James to be the leader of the unit. He has had a great start so far, racking up 17 total tackles, one tackle for a loss, and two pass deflections. With that being said, it's not good enough. He needs to get this unit fired up for Sunday.
Minnesota Vikings
Justin Jefferson: The Vikings star is the best receiver in the NFL and might just be the best overall player in the NFL. He has 20 receptions for 309 yards already this season. Now, he gets to face a Chargers defense that's allowing 9.7 yards per pass attempt, the most in the league by a mile. If that level of play continues, Jefferson might get 300 yards on Sunday.
Chargers vs. Vikings prediction and pick
The Chargers let Tua Tagovailoa look like the future MVP and then allowed Ryan Tannehill to look like an elite quarterback. If the Dolphins and Titans can do that against the Chargers, I'm excited to see what this Vikings offense can do against them.
Despite being 0-2, the Vikings have been playing some good football. In fact, they rank third in the NFL in net yards per play at +1.6. It's only a matter of time before they get their first win, and I think it'll be this weekend.
The Chargers, on the other hand, are 30th in the NFL in net yards per play at -1.4, getting outplayed by both of their opponents.
I think the Vikings win big on Sunday.
