Steve Hutchinson watched Monday Night Football between the Seahawks and Saints, and the big man liked what he saw.

The Seahawks took a 27-7 lead into the half over New Orleans, then stretched the lead to 34-7 in the third quarter. It was then that former Seahawks guard Big Hutch took to Twitter and let loose a gloat-tweet aimed squarely at the Saints:

Hutch of course also played for the Vikings, and was on the losing end of the 2010 NFC Title Game against New Orleans – a game many people believe was tainted by the Saints’ dirty shot on Brett Favre, a shot that was ordered up as part of the Saints’ illegal bounty system.

New Orleans received just punishment for Bountygate – their 7-9 record in 2012 attests to that – but Hutch clearly doesn’t think they’ve suffered enough. Which explains his glee over the butt whupping Russell Wilson and the boys put on New Orleans Monday night.

Is there any question anymore about who has the best team in the NFC? And Seattle is doing all this with almost no contribution from Percy Harvin. Imagine how good they’d be if they had a healthy Harvin.

Imagine how good Percy would be if he actually cared about something other than Percy.
