Thursday is a pretty momentous day. Not only is it the first day of the Masters, but it’s also the day of Todd McShay’s new mock draft.

If you want to see the whole mock you have to go behind the ESPN paywall (for those who already have Insider, here’s your link).

If like a lot of people you don’t want to pay for Insider…don’t worry, I have McShay’s first round pick for the Vikings right here.

Or, rather, ESPN employee Kevin Seifert does, via Twitter:

Now you don’t need to shell out the dough for Insider. Thanks Kevin!

Yes, Todd McShay mocks Johnny Manziel to the Vikings in the first round.

McShay, at this point, is not buying the “Vikings are down on Manziel” narrative.

McShay is clearly in the “Vikings are pretending to be down on Manziel for tactical reasons” camp.

There are some who will argue that Manziel is a terrible fit in Minnesota. Terrible fit personality wise. Terrible fit offensive scheme wise.

And there are others who will argue that Manziel’s character red flags are overblown and that his talent can easily translate into a pro style offense if he has good coaching.

How do the Vikings feel? We don’t know.

We have a month left to wonder.
