Minnesota Vikings vs. 49ers: 5 players to watch

Monday night the Vikings finally take the field in a game that actually matters, traveling to San Francisco to take on the alarmingly talent-depleted 49ers.
Yes fans, after a controversial and at times frustrating offseason followed by a seemingly interminable preseason, real football is going to happen.
There will be heroes and goats for the Vikings this season as every season, different players for us to focus in on, players to praise, players to rip and maybe even players for us to bid farewell.
These are five players who for one reason or another are worth keeping an extra eye on in game number one. Hopefully we won’t be ripping any of them come Tuesday morning.
