The Confusing

1. San Francisco’s black alternate jerseys.  I have to say, I absolutely despise black alternate jerseys.  I think that it loses the personality and the identity of the team and gives a look that is just ‘blah’.  I hope Minnesota never adapts these kind of alternates and just stick with the throwbacks.
2. Who gave Trent Dilfer the right to call football games?  Seriously, I don’t mind Chris Berman, but listening to Dilfer chime in with comments to Berman’s actual commentary was brutal.  I’m glad that I won’t have to listen to it again this season.  (fingers crossed)
3. The old school hip-hop soundtrack to the game.  I have nothing against Biggie and the rest of that time, but it feels odd.  Still, I’ll take it over hearing Dilfer talk about whatever he mumbles about when he follows up on whatever actually interesting thing Berman says.
