3. Blair Walsh
The struggles of Blair Walsh have been well-documented. He looked very shaky in preseason and he’s looked shaky so far in the regular season.
When will Walsh snap out of his funk and get back to being a reliable kicker? Will he EVER get out of his funk?
One thing I know: Rick Spielman isn’t giving up on Blair Walsh.
In his Tuesday press conference Spielman again reiterated that Walsh is his kicker.
Spielman is loath to give up on a kicker he drafted in the sixth round and, before this season, gave a contract extension.
It’s understandable. Nobody likes admitting mistakes.
