Mike Wallace is making $9.8 million for the Vikings this year. What has the receiver given them so far?
28 catches for 318 yards and 1 TD.
Yesterday Wallace gave the Vikings zero catches for zero yards. But that’s not to say Wallace had no impact on the game.
Wallace did gain six yards on a jet sweep. He also had a key drop on third down. And there was another play where Teddy Bridgewater targeted him deep down the right sideline and they failed to hook up.
I’m sure it’s all Norv Turner’s fault that Wallace has caught just two passes in the last four games for a staggering total of 26 yards.
Big-time deep threat? Well if you say so.
