The Minnesota Vikings are entering the stretch run with a chance to make the playoffs, but if they want to finish the job they must get a better effort from these five players.

The Vikings are legitimate playoff contenders for the first time since 2012. But even though they look in good shape at 8-3, there is still a lot of work to be done.

The Vikings have tough games coming up against teams like Seattle, Arizona, the Giants and of course the Packers in the season finale.

And don’t sleep on the Bears either.

Point being, the Vikings are not going to just coast into the post-season.

The players who have been getting it done for the Vikings need to keep getting it done, and a few guys who haven’t always gotten it done need to find more consistency.

Here’s a list of five players I think need to give the Vikings more than they’ve been giving.
