Offensive Tackles

Offensive Lineman stats are subjective, and because of that there are no official stats to list. So for the offensive line, I will only be listing their Pro Football Focus player grade.

Matt Kalil ranked 49 out of 82 qualifying offensive tackles with a player grade of 48.8.

Rookie T.J. Clemmings comes in even lower than Kalil, with a grade of 38.7 which ranks him number 63.

The only other Vikings offensive tackle to play any snaps in 2015 was Austin Shepherd. Shepherd only played 28 snaps, but had a higher player grade than either Kalil or Clemmings with 50.0.

Offensive Guards

Michael Harris was the Vikings’ highest rated offensive guard, coming in at number 20 in the NFL with a player grade of 80.3. Harris was also the Vikings’ highest rated pass blocker.

Brandon Fusco was widely regarded as a very good guard coming into the 2015 season. However, switching from right guard to left guard proved disastrous, as Fusco was only PFF’s 47th ranked guard in the NFL with a player grade of 60.9.

Zac Kerin was the only other guard for the Vikings to play snaps in 2015, earning a grade of 61.6. However, he only played one snap, so take that grade with a grain of salt.

Center

Joe Berger was by far the Vikings’ highest rated offensive lineman, being ranked as the second best center in the NFL with a player grade of 89.5.
