5) Do you have any final impressions on Laquon Treadwell that you’d like to leave Vikings fans with?

"“One impression that he left with me is his ability to fight through adversity and set backs. It always seemed like he was moving forward. Even after he would make a catch that most receivers would be giddy over, he seemed to be already moving on to the next play. Never was that more obvious than when he would drop a pass or make a mistake. You could bet that it was coming his way the next play and he was making a play. Everyone remembers or has seen his gruesome injury against Auburn during his sophomore year. The recovery he made, and in the short time frame in which he made it in, was unlike anything I’ve seen. Ole Miss fans, of course, believed he wold come back even stronger. But to my, and Ole Miss fans alike, surprise was the fact that he did. That is something that is in the fabric of who he is and that is something that can benefit a person in any walk of life.” – John Luke McCord"

Huge thanks go out to John Luke McCord of Ole Hotty Toddy for taking the time to answer these questions about Laquon Treadwell for The Viking Age. Hopefully, he’s right and Treadwell can take the kills he learned at the college level and continue to work hard and help the Minnesota Vikings keep working toward the Super Bowl.
