U.S. Bank Stadium to offer variety of food at Vikings games

Minnesota Vikings fans attending home games at U.S. Bank Stadium will have access to some of the best food in the Minneapolis area at their disposal.

Fans travelling to U.S. Bank Stadium hungry to watch some football could get a feast for more than just their eyes. The facility will be home to the Minnesota Vikings, but also home to some of the best food in the Minneapolis area.

Aramark Regional Vice President Allison Butler is very proud of the diverse items that will be available for the patrons of U.S. Bank Stadium. With many local businesses represented, there should be something for everyone according to Vikings.com:

"“Highlighted by a robust lineup of Minneapolis and St. Paul-based bakeries, brands and small businesses, the menu at U.S. Bank Stadium will offer fans and guests a truly unique stadium dining experience that is local, authentic and genuine. The City of Minneapolis has a lot to be proud of, and we could not be more proud to partner with these individual businesses.”"

Of course, all of these options will come with a price tag. Although the costs of these items have not been revealed yet, one can assume that the more extravagant foods will come with a similarly extravagant price tag.

And although the prices are not yet public knowledge, the vendors who will be providing some of their great foods have been revealed.

  • Be Graceful Bakery & Catering – Specialty sandwiches and hoagies
  • Kramarczuk’s Sausage Company – Handmade sausages
  • Lola’s Café (Minneapolis) – Chicken wings
  • Prairie Dogs – Hot dogs and handcrafted sausage
  • Cinnie Smiths – cinnamon rolls
  • R Taco – Fast-casual tacos
  • Curds & Cakes – Cheese curds
  • Revival – Chicken sandwich and cheese pork rinds
  • Ike’s Food & Cocktails – Turkey sandwich

Twin Cities Foodie (only in U.S. Bank Stadium)

  • Matt Bickford, Icehouse MPLS – Smokey chicken nachos
  • Shawn Smalley, Smalley’s Caribbean BBQ – Jerk bacon sammie
  • Tammy Wong, Rainbow Restaurant – Lemongrass meatballs
