#3: First look at All Day
Remember back when Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings were teasing that there was a chance Adrian Peterson could be participating during a preseason game? Yeah, well…we all knew that wasn’t going to happen.
Still, it was nice to see him suited up on the sidelines. There was no expectation for him to play, but just seeing him suited up had fans wanting to see him enter a preseason game in the last quarter and show the opposing team’s defense what a beast can run like.
The wait is worth it though. Now, Adrian Peterson is set to make his debut against a Titans team that gave up the 7th fewest yards per carry and might struggle a bit with a new offensive line in front of him.
But, let’s be honest here. Adrian Peterson is going to get some yards. He will be used as a tease in the passing game from play action fakes. He will be a target in the passing game. With all the quarterback talk lately, Adrian will remind everyone that this is HIS team.
