Positives:

  • You can see from anywhere. When they say that there isn’t a bad seat in the house, they aren’t kidding. My nosebleed seats were way up in the top section, but could easily see everything happening on the field at all times.
  • The amount of artwork to see is tremendous. Even if you arrive when the facility opens, looking at all the legacy bricks, Vikings ship, swirly horn, exhibits and artwork will easily keep you entertained until kickoff.
  • Seating is nice. I’m a fat guy and I found myself comfortable in the seats. Most of the time, the seats at sporting events are narrow to allow more people in the stands, but these should be able to fit just about any fan that wants to go to a game.
  • The atmosphere is amazing. The astounding number of fans in attendance only help to make the experience even more powerful. The cheers from the crowd and chants are breathtaking. The stadium was truly built to be loud and unify the fan voice.
  • The new chant. The new SKOL clap and chant is great, but fans need to get the timing of it down. Once they do, it will be one of the most fun and unique things in the NFL.
  • Tons of entertainment options. State of the art technical abilities make things like the Prince themed halftime show a possibility. To be honest, I know many fans who would likely pay a lot of money just to experience a full show like the one put on at U.S. Bank Stadium.
  • Tons of shops and eateries line the inside of the stadium. You are literally steps away from buying just about anything you desire once you are inside the facility.
  • You don’t even realize you’re inside a building. With those revolving doors open, fans do get the feel of being outdoors in the facility, which is great considering all the people packed inside and getting that fresh air circulating throughout.
