#4: Keep tabs on Will Fuller

Remember how Ted Ginn became Cam Newton’s favorite target against the Vikings because he could use his speed and athleticism to blow past defensive backs when they were focused on bigger-bodied targets?

Well, that same situation could happen on Sunday when Minnesota focuses too much on defending Hopkins and overlooks what Fuller can do. Yes, Fuller does drop some passes, but that can’t be relied upon…especially if the beats the defense deep.

Furthermore, offense isn’t the only place Fuller might be dangerous. In the past, the young man has excelled when it comes to kick returns. If Houston decides to give him a few opportunities at that this week, Minnesota will have to stay on their toes.

Minnesota has physical and disciplined cornerbacks, but they don’t have many guys that can match speed with the faster wide receivers in the NFL, which presents a unique challenge for an otherwise stout defense.
