Week 10
Opponent: at Washington Redskins
2016 Record: 8-7-1
This is the second year in a row where the Vikings will be playing the Washington Redskins in week 10. Last year the Vikings fell short as they lost 20-26.
It was not a bad attempt by the Vikings who had a chance to win the game at the end. Sam Bradford ended the game with 307 yards and 2 touchdowns. He outplayed Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins who threw for 262 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The running game hurt the Vikings the most against the Redskins that game. Their leading rusher was Jerick McKinnon who finished the game with 16 yards. Because of their one-dimensional offense, they came up short in this game.
