The Minnesota Vikings are getting closer to the season and this year’s training camp could be the last to take place in Mankato at Minnesota State University.
Now two weeks into the month of June, the Minnesota Vikings have completed their OTAs and minicamp and will have themselves a bit of time off before returning to the football field for the team’s training camp in late July. On Friday, the Vikings released the official training camp schedule for this year, including the exact dates for when players will be reporting.
Minnesota will hold three days of practice from July 24 to 26 with the lesser experienced players in an effort to make their adjustment to training camp a little easier. The remaining players on the Vikings’ roster will practice for the first time on July 27 and practices will continue on until August 8.
