Minnesota Vikings release first unofficial depth chart of 2017

Again, it appears we have a tie in training camp. However, this time it is for a starting gig. The competition between Lamur and Robinson should be an interesting one, but one of the two will likely end up winning the job before the preseason is over.

Kendricks and Barr should be inked in as the other starters in the Minnesota Vikings linebacker grouping. Depth is where things get interesting because Ben Gedeon has been making a name for himself in training camp while Brothers recovers from an injury.

At the Sam spot, depth once again seems like an issue, but odds are that another player from a previous spot in the linebacker depth chart will likely serve as Barr’s backup. That can be the major problem with a depth chart like this.
