What should fans take away from the Minnesota Vikings week 1 preseason game against the Buffalo Bills? Here are the top 5 things to take note of.

The Minnesota Vikings returned to the gridiron on Thursday evening, grinding out a 17-10 win against the Buffalo Bills at New Era Field. As exciting as it was to see the Vikings in their first action of 2017, it certainly wasn’t the prettiest of victories and featured a wide range of performances from the teams newest additions.

As we are well aware preseason isn’t about wins and losses, despite Mike Zimmer’s 13-1 record, but about the performances of units attempting to find cohesion and individuals fighting for roster spots ahead of the upcoming season.
