Taylor Heinicke, QB

He was the hero last week, but Heinicke’s spot on the final roster could depend on how many quarterbacks Minnesota wants to keep to open the regular season.

If the Vikings opt to keep three signal callers on their roster and Teddy Bridgewater begins the year on the Physically Unable to Perform list, than Heinicke should avoid being let go. But then again, he could just have an excruciating performance on Thursday and erase any chances he had left of making the team.
