Heading into last week’s game in Chicago, some assumed that McKinnon would just be a filler out on the field for when Latavius Murray needed a break every now and then. But McKinnon took full advantage of his opportunities against the Bears and had arguably the best game of his career with 16 carries for 95 yards, six catches for 51 yards, and one 58-yard touchdown run.

How will the fourth-year running back follow up his Week 5 performance when the Vikings take on the Packers this Sunday? In his six previous games against Green Bay, McKinnon has not made too much of an impact (no touchdowns, 4.6 yards per touch), but he should get plenty of chances this week to help Minnesota’s fans forget about the loss of Dalvin Cook.
