Each and every NFL season is incredibly unpredictable, especially when it comes to the Minnesota Vikings. Just look back at last year. The Vikings began the season by winning all of their games in the first five weeks, but then failed to make the playoffs after getting just three more wins during the rest of the year.

In 2017, Minnesota is currently sitting with a 7-2 record and a five-game win streak. Their success this year is at least a little remarkable given the fact that their opening week starting quarterback (Sam Bradford) and starting running back (Dalvin Cook) were both lost to serious knee injuries during the first quarter of the season.

For Week 11, the Vikings will be facing a team in the Los Angeles Rams that has been a surprising run of their own this year. Also 7-2 at this point in the season, Sunday’s matchup between Minnesota and Los Angeles could have a big impact on where these two teams end up when it comes time to play in the postseason later this year.

In order for the Vikings to come out with a victory this week, there are a few ways in which the team can go about accomplishing this task. However, there are a number of pathways Minnesota could be lead down on Sunday that results in them suffering a loss as well.
