Kennedy Polamalu

He has only been with the Vikings for one season, but Polamalu has already done great work with his new team. As Minnesota’s running backs coach this year, his guidance has played a big part in the team finishing the regular season with the seventh-best rushing attack in the NFL.

Polamalu has been an offensive coordinator in the past, but never at the NFL level. He led the offense at USC from 2010 to 2012 and he was later in charge of the unit at UCLA in 2016 before going the Vikings in 2017.

He is definitely someone who others would call “a player’s coach”. Minnesota’s running backs have thoroughly enjoyed playing for Polamalu this season and they definitely would not mind seeing him become the team’s new offensive coordinator.
