Who has a chance to be the Minnesota Vikings’ third receiver in 2018?
By Adam Patrick
Tavarres King
For the average football fan, not a whole lot is known about King. Selected in the fifth-round by the Denver Broncos in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Vikings are the receiver’s sixth team since he entered the league five years ago.
Most recently, King spent the past two seasons as a member of the New York Giants. In 2017, he actually started in three games for the Giants and finished the year with 18 catches for 240 yards and three touchdowns.
King’s chance to make Minnesota’s regular season roster is already pretty small. So one should assume his shot to be the Vikings’ third receiver in 2018 is also not that great.

But stranger things have happened and a good summer from King could possibly vault him into becoming an actual factor in Minnesota’s offense next season.
