Who will be the Vikings’ best offensive player in 2018?
By Adam Patrick
Adam Thielen – WR
2017 will likely be a year in Thielen’s life that he never forgets. Added to the Vikings as an undrafted free-agent in 2013, the receiver’s production last season led to his first-career invite to the Pro Bowl and a Second-Team All-Pro selection.
Not only did Thielen become the first Minnesota pass-catcher since 2009 to finish with at least 1,000 receiving yards last year, his 91 catches were the most by a Vikings receiver in a single season since Randy Moss in 2003.
Based on his production last year, Thielen will undoubtedly have more attention from opposing defenses on him in 2018. How will the 27-year-old receiver respond?
Will Thielen continue to produce at a level similar to what he did on the field last season or will Minnesota’s opponents find a way to prevent the receiver from having another year that ends with him in the Pro Bowl?
