Anthony Barr – LB

Solid would be the word that best describes Barr’s play for Minnesota over the last two seasons. He has had his share of flashy plays, but they have not seemed to be as frequent as they were during his first two years with the Vikings.

While some may want Barr to get back to his old, more aggressive ways, he has definitely evolved into a more complete player in the last couple of years. Still, if Minnesota needs the linebacker to blitz up the middle, he is more than capable of creating havoc for an opposing offense.

Although he has not missed a game since 2015, lingering injuries could still be the cause for Barr’s recent decrease in aggressiveness. The linebacker is one of the Vikings’ leaders on defense and the team may just be happier with him being able to stay on the field than having him involved in more blitz packages that would increase his risk for injury.
