The former Minnesota Vikings All-Pro wide receiver recently shared a photo of his locker display at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Unlike a certain former NFL player who enjoyed himself a touchdown dance every now and then, former Minnesota Vikings receiver Randy Moss will be one of those in attendance as he gets inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame later this summer.
Moss is getting his gold jacket despite this being the first year his name appeared on the Hall of Fame ballot. His lack of time on the ballot just goes to show how great the former Vikings receiver was during his time in the league.
Since the announcement of his induction, Moss has been going through the standard processes that come with being a new member of the Hall of Fame. On Monday, the former Minnesota pass-catcher posted a photo of his Hall of Fame locker on his Instagram account.
As one can see from the photo, his locker features a number of Vikings-related items including the team’s helmet, a jersey of his from his rookie season in Minnesota, and the card the Vikings filled out when they decided to select Moss in the 1998 NFL Draft.
Unfortunately, other non-Vikings items are included in his Hall of Fame locker. But it’s hard to ignore that Moss also made a few plays during his time with the New England Patriots (23 touchdown catches in one season is pretty impressive).
The former Vikings receiver will be officially inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame along with the other members of this year’s class on Saturday, August 4.
After the ceremony this summer, Moss will become the 12th former Minnesota player to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
