3. Kevin Williams (2003 – 2013)

A first-round selection by the Vikings in the 2003 NFL Draft, Williams certainly lived up to his expectations. He spent most of his career in Minnesota as a defensive tackle, which makes the 60 total sacks he had with the Vikings even more impressive.

Of the defenders to play the majority of their time at defensive tackle for Minnesota since 2000, Willams has 43 more sacks than the player with the second-most (Chris Hovan) in this same time period.

Thanks to his impressive play, Williams was voted to six Pro Bowls and was a five-time First-Team All-Pro selection during his Vikings career. After retiring last summer, there’s a good chance the defensive tackle has a Minnesota Ring of Honor induction in his future.
