2. Everson Griffen (2010 – Now)

After spending his first four seasons with the Vikings as a reserve on the team’s defense, Griffen finally got the chance to be a starting defensive end for Minnesota in 2014 and he has definitely taken advantage of his increase in snaps.

Griffen has racked up a total of 61 sacks during his career with the Vikings and 43.5 of them have come in the last four years.

Coming off an impressive season in 2017 that saw him end up with 13 sacks and three forced fumbles, the Minnesota defensive end still has a few years left to improve his career numbers even more.

When Griffen’s time with the Vikings eventually does come to an end, it’s quite possible that he could actually be considered as the team’s best pass rusher of the 21st century.
