The bromance is real between Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs

Not only do the two Minnesota Vikings wide receivers compliment each other on the field, but they are also pretty good friends off of it.

Just because Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs are both members of the Minnesota Vikings does not mean they have to be friends outside of the locker room. But the Vikings’ top two wide receivers are definitely more than just teammates.

Just take a look at their recent exchange on Twitter.

This is certainly not the first time the duo has let the public know about their friendship through social media either.

Of course, Diggs and Thielen are not the first ever Minnesota teammates to also be friends off the field too. It’s just still refreshing to see this kind of interaction between two teammates when the NFL is treated much more like a business these days.

The friendship between Diggs and Thielen has seemed to have a positive impact on their production with the Vikings too.

Since they became teammates in 2015, the two Minnesota receivers have combined for 372 catches, 4,859 yards, and 24 touchdowns. Their combined 155 receptions last year are the most by Vikings wide receiver duo in a single season since 2002.

Diggs and Thielen are motivated by the production of each other to get better as each day goes by and it has resulted in both of them emerging as two of the top wide receivers in the NFL today.

Diggs is currently scheduled to become a free-agent in 2019. But his name is among a few players on Minnesota’s roster that could be in for an extension before the start of the 2018 season.
