The interesting stuff vs Titans

  1. Roughing the passer. That call on Stephen Weatherly is another one that likely wouldn’t have been called in previous seasons and likely shouldn’t be called this year. The question of how to sack a quarterback is one that may have to be addressed to avoid future penalty flags.
  2. Paul Allen’s reminder. Latavius Murray got reminded on the sidelines that he has no receiving touchdowns in his career. Thankfully, the running back said he’ll catch his first TD pass this year. But we’ll see how it works out! Fingers crossed.
  3. #Minnesocial. The Vikings are always looking for great ways to interact with fans and this week they used that hashtag to not only answer questions on the air but also share tweets on television and get fans interacting. With it being a HUGE success, expect more of this in the future.
  4. Vikings Rewards! Once again, the Minnesota Vikings program to reward loyal fans is offering 205 points to those who enter the code “830MURRY” on the website. Be sure to sign up on the Vikings Rewards website if you don’t have an account! (Note: Yes, the last name is spelled incorrectly to get the points)
  5. Get These Hands! General manager Rick Spielman was asked multiple times about the handwork of Brian O’Neill on the offensive line. However, the wrestling fan in me could only think of Braun Strowman in the WWE.
