Roughing the passer. That call on Stephen Weatherly is another one that likely wouldn’t have been called in previous seasons and likely shouldn’t be called this year. The question of how to sack a quarterback is one that may have to be addressed to avoid future penalty flags.
Paul Allen’s reminder.Latavius Murray got reminded on the sidelines that he has no receiving touchdowns in his career. Thankfully, the running back said he’ll catch his first TD pass this year. But we’ll see how it works out! Fingers crossed.
