Minnesota Vikings vs Green Bay in Week 2: The Packers perspective
By Adam Carlson
3) Who is one player from the Packers who Vikings fans may not be familiar with but should make a huge impact on the game?
Geronimo Allison. Allison isn’t your everyday football player. He is very limited in experience, but has a huge upside. Recently, this week, I wrote an article about Allison soon becoming a household name. With Aaron Rodgers, there is a huge trust factor. Allison was targeted eight times on Sunday night and delivered in a big way. With an unproven receiving core, outside of Davante Adams and Randall Cobb, G-Mo could be the guy that takes the next leap.
4) What are Green Bay fans expecting when it comes to this Minnesota team now that Kirk Cousins is at the helm?
This will be the week that the young secondary is put to the test. Kirk Cousins can throw the rock and now, he has weapons. He takes this team to the next level. Cousins has had really good success versus the Pack, except when wins mattered the most. As a whole, you have to consider the Vikings the favorite in the NFC North. They have established a great roster around Cousins. If you take a look at these two teams from way above, Rodgers would be the next Tom Brady with the current Viking’s roster. Cousins is good, but the games will still have to be played.
