Diggs and Thielen will put on another show

Aside from the Vikings’ forgettable Week 3 loss to the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs have been terrorizing opposing defenses all season long.

In four games, the two have combined to haul in 67 passes for 784 yards and five touchdowns. The Vikings haven’t seen this kind of production from a receiving duo since a pair of Hall of Famers named Cris Carter and Randy Moss used to catch passes in a purple and gold uniform.

On Sunday, Diggs and Thielen will be facing an Eagles defense that has been one of the NFL’s worst this year when it comes to stopping their opponents wide receivers.

Through four weeks, Philadelphia has given up the third-most yards in the league to opposing receivers. The Eagles have also already allowed three opposing players to finish a game with at least 120 receiving yards this season.

Based on these facts and the performances of Diggs and Thielen so far this year, the Minnesota receiving duo should be in for another big afternoon on Sunday in Philadelphia.
