Cousins’ success in Philadelphia continues

Since he spent the first six years of his NFL career with the Washington Redskins, Kirk Cousins had the luxury of traveling to the wonderful city of Philadelphia once every season for a NFC East showdown.

While the Redskins as a whole didn’t always perform well on the road against the Eagles, Cousins put up some impressive numbers during his games in Philadelphia.

In four road matchups against the Eagles since 2014, the Vikings quarterback has completed 68 percent of his passes for a total of 1,329 yards (332 per game), 12 touchdowns, and just three interceptions.

On Sunday, Cousins will be facing a Philadelphia defense that has already allowed two opposing quarterbacks to throw for more than 340 yards against them this season.

Based his past success on the road against the Eagles and Philadelphia’s defensive performances so far this year, the Minnesota quarterback should be able to toss a few touchdowns and finish with at least 300 passing yards on Sunday.
