5) What should be the most intriguing matchup (players or units) during Week 5?

I’m most interested to see how Bears slot corner Bryce Callahan matches up with Adam Thielen, who scares the hell out of me.  Callahan has been balling out this season and done really well.  We’ll see how he does with a step up in class going against arguably the best wide receiver going today.

I’m also interested to see how Mitch Trubisky fares against the Vikings defense in general.  I’m sure they’ve got a few tricks up their sleeve for Mitch to try to confuse him with different coverages and blitzes.  Can he hold up to the added hype and the bright lights of prime time?  If he can avoid big mistakes, that will be a huge plus for the Bears.

BONUS: What is your prediction for an outcome and final score?

This is going to be a hell of a ballgame.  I think both teams have a lot to prove as neither has beaten a team with a winning record this season.  Something’s gotta give this week (unless they tie!)  I give the Bears a slight edge at home as Cody Parkey gets redemption from him four-doink day last week.

Once again, huge thanks go out to Mike Burzawa of Bear Goggle On for taking the time to answer these questions about the Week 11 matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears. And may the best team win!
